Description:
Offered is a Custom Krieghoff Model 32 O/U Trap Gun in 12 gauge. This gun is marked 12-70 which I believe means this is a 12gauge with 2 3/4" chambers. The gun has 32" barrels that by my choke gauge are Mod/Mod. (.020/.020) fixed chokes. The are single selective trigger has a lovely smooth trigger pull with a Lengrh of Pull of 14 1/4".
The gun is fully engraven on all surfaces of the receiver in the Crown Grand format. The stock and forend are finished in what appears to be an oil finish with a deep redish brown stain and lovely spotless chedkering on both the stock and forend. There are palm swells on both the left and right sides of the stock. The stock has a drop at comb of 1 1/2" and a drop at the heel (front of the Monte Carlo cheek) of 1 1/4" The stock is a Monte Carlo design and slopes from back to front to reduce felt recoil. The gun weighs in at 9 lbs.5 oz.
The gun is in better than 90% condition with no marks of fading on the deep blue filnish to the metal and only the very slightest of handling marks on the stock and forend. The bore is spotless and everything works as designed. The trigger pull is smooth on both barrells and the gun opens and closes smoothly. This gun is in outstanding condition for a 1970 model shotgun.
The gun is offered well below the Blue Book value for this quality of shotgun. I stand behind this gun completely with a full 7 days inspection policy. If it is not as advertised send it back with only one way shipping as cost. Shipping is prepaid to the buyer.
