Description:
Originally known as Simson, the Berlin-Suhler Waffen Company produced materials for the Third Reisch from 1936 through 1945. This K98, produced in 1938, features good to very good condition with complete blue and sharp stampings including the stamps on the wood. It includes a shoulder strap and bayonet with frog.

Metal Condition: Very good to excellent. There is a small amount of wear on the high points and a small amount of shallow pitting. The cartouches and stampings are very sharp and clear.
Wood Condition: Good to very good. Numerous scratches and dents. None are severe, especially considering the age of the piece. Cartouches are good and it is serialized to the gun.
Bore Condition: Shiny and bright with good rifling.
Barrels: 24 inch barrel with combat sights.
Triggers: Factory military trigger.
Stock: Combat style pistol grip.
