  • Savage 99F maufactured in 1957, serial 9452xx.
  • 243 caliber
  • Sling swivels
  • Ramped front sight with jeweled bolt.
  • Aftermarket recoil pad, length of pull 13 5/8 inch
  • Under the level is 6I or I6I in a circle. Unsure what this is, small print.
  • Barrel reads, 1st line:  SAVAGE ARMS CORPORATION (2nd line) CHICOPEE FALLS, MASS. U.S.A.
  • Right side of barrel reads: HI-PRESSURE STEEL - PROOF TESTED (2nd line) MODEL - 99F
  • Left side:  243 Win. (and) Savage 99 (also, above the 243 Win is) SP (in a circle)
  • One noticeable wear to the barrel where I suspected it rested - see photo.
  • This is my personal rifle, I have hunted with it and shot about 100 rounds through it, I bought as you see it.
  • It cycles, fires, and ejects without issue.
  • Comes with a Redfield 1-piece scope mount.
