This handgun is a Colt 1878 Frontier Six-Shooter, chambered for .44-40 Winchester. This antique Colt pistol is dated from 1898.
70% carbona charcoal blue frame and nitre blue small parts with flaking and minor surface rust. Cylinder locks up tight and original grips are in good condition. All in all an excellent addition to any vintage Colt collection.
