Description:
Partially restored VHE with English stock. I believe that the receiver has been re-case hardened and that the barrells have been re-blued. 2 3/4" chambers...choked, modified and full. Very nice gun. Tight and attractive. There appears to be a plug put in the stock, behind the receiver. I dont know why, because the stock is rock solid and has no cracks even after looking at it with a magnifying glass. There is a small spot of pitting where the serial number is on the tang. Splinter fore end with all matching numbers. Everything functions correctly. With questions, call Don (504) 296-9460. Great shooter or finish the restoration
