Made in 1905, this example retains a refreshing amount of original finish and mechanical condition. Great original case colors, barrel black, and stock finish. 30" barrels have 2-3/4" chambers, well-timed ejectors, great 0.732 bores, choked R0.034 L0.036. Weighs 8 pounds even, balances about 1"ahead of the hinge,14" pull and drops 1-1/4" comb and 1-3/4" heel. Sortcomings are: few minor pit spots in bores, few corrosion pit patches(see pics) on exterior of barrels; both very OK vis a vis mechanical integrity. Very attractive and functional gun, and priced to move. And, this thing SMASHES targets! Lots of fun!
