Description:
This Springfield Armory Model U.S. Rifle M1 "Garand" is a semi-auto United States military rifle in .30-06 Cal. It has a 24 inch barrel with a front blade and adjustable peep rear sight. The stock is not original and is a smooth walnut pistol grip that has been replaced. It does not have the storage compartment in the butt.

Manufacturer: Barrel side stamped 1-52. S/N list 1944.
Caliber Info: .30-06 Cal.
Chambers: Semi-Auto 8 round internal magazine.
Metal Condition: Very good. Barrel has some light surface marks. The receiver has been cleaned up very nicely.
Wood Condition: Very good. Is not original and is a replacement. No butt storage compartment.
Bore Condition: Excellent.
Barrels: 24 inches with a military finish.
Stock: Smooth walnut pistol grip.
Stock Dimensions:

Fore End: Smooth grip walnut.
Butt Pad: Checkered steel plate with a trap door. No storage compartment.
