Description:
Unknown percussion folding trigger derringer. .44 smooth bore 2” octagon barrel. I find the serial number “17” on the hammer, barrel and frame but it seems to be completely devoid of proof marks so other than guessing the country of origin is unknown. Mechanics are excellent. Strong springs, nice hammer release and other than the bore being somewhat pitted, this derringer is shoot able. The hardwood grip is completely intact, fits well and is nicely finished.
