Description:
This Pistol was made around 1941. The only markings is under the left bottom grip frame. It is marked LAS 11013 <>. There is no serial numbers on the frame, barrel or slide. There is only the one Nazi Stick Eagle mark on the barrel. There is also a unreadable mark on the bottom of the barrel by the lug guide. There is no other Waffenamt or proof marks on this pistol. The fimish is in the highest quality pre war style finish with commercial polish. The trigger, extractor and grip screws have the vivid straw finish. This pistol also has the very seldom seen lanyard ring on the bottom. The bore is bright and with no defects. This pistol shows no sign of ever being fired. The top of the slide has the "BOHMISCHE" which was only used during the occupation of Czechoslovakia by Germany. This is a possible German Test Proof pistol due to the lack of serial numbers or proof marks. In one of my books it is also mentioned that several special finish pistols were produced for high ranking officers for gifts after the Reich occupation. The grips are in minty condition with no damage. The magazine in the pistol has the correct P. Mod 27 floor plate. The other spare magazine floor plate is also correctly marked P. Mod 27. The holster is properly marked P. Mod. 27 on the back. Over the belt loop there is the German manufactoring code and the date of 1942. The hold down tab on the holster had some kind of badge or pin which is now missing. The holster itself is in very fine servicable condition With no loose stiching or repairs. This is a very well made high quality pistol by anybody's standard. This is a very unusual pistol that any serious collector would want in their personal collection.
