This Colt was produced in 1912. The pistol's serial number is 8145. It is fitted with a 6 inch barrel. The bore is in near new condition. The nitre blued parts show vivid bluing. The original high polish charcoal bluing would rate a 98% overall condition. The Colt hard rubber grips are serial numbered to the pistol. The grips are in excellent condition. The action works correctly and is in very good time. The cylinder locks up tight with no play. The target sights are original to this pistol. This pistol shows very little use and was well cared for. To find a early 22 pistol in this condition is a real find! A target model in this original condition is even harder to find. The high polish finish is really stunning to look at!
