This is an absolutely wonderful custom replica Kentucky Flintlock .40 Caliber Pistol, with very well executed German Silver fittings, Blued Octagon Barrel, very fine fiddleback maple stock, etc. Barrel has D. MEJSTRIK marking in block letters. Action on this pistol is like a fine watch - absolutely perfect in execution and function. Pistol is very well balanced and superb in the hand. Does not appear to have been fired since it was manufactured with the possible exception of a test firing.
