Another part of the great military Springfield rifle collection that was placed on consignment with us, we have this pristine condition 1922. The 1922 was originally developed as a training rifle to mimic the 1903, but with 22LR ammunition.
The trained eye will notice that the factory gave it a second dash in the model number, designating it as a MK II, as the rifle features various M2 parts, such as the bolt.
This rifle is in extremely good condition, and is the final piece of this family of early Springfield military rifles, that are now available on consignment.
