MERKEL K2 STALKING RIFLE ... 300 Win Magnum ... 24" Sporter weight octagon barrel ... weight 8 lbs 2 oz with scope ... single shot.
Admire the full coverage deep relief engraving of 3 wolves attacking a moose on the left side, and a bear with 2 cubs on the right side. A dog viginette is on the bottom, also notice the fully engraved action cocking lever on the upper tang. Engraver's signature is on the left side. Pay special attention to the triple X fancy English walnut pistol grip stock with fine-line checkering and deep relief scroll carving. Notice the German style cheekpiece, black composition butt plate, scroll engraved grip cap with the initials 'JBJ' matching English walnut forearm with equally impressive checkering and carving. Sling swivels on barrel and buttstock. This is a beautiful "K" series special order stalking rifle.
This item also comes with a Custom quick detachable mount bases for a Zeiss Diavari VM 2.5-10x50 with fine heavy crosshair reticle, Merkel box and appears to be unfired.
