Description:
Colt Lightning Pump Rifle. 44-40. First year production, 1884. Solid wood. Good bore, has all of it's distinct rifling with black powder pitting. Action pumps, feeds and ejects, but is missing the action lock lever on the front of the trigger guard. This was only used the first two years. So gun is sold as needing action work by gunsmith to function properly, I do not know what parts are required. Sold as antique collectible only. Buyer must be over 21 years and legal in his state.
