Colt New Service .455 Eley caliber revolver. Royal North West mounted police issue and so marked on back strap “RNWMP 1341” Crane number G2163 and is listed in Clanchers book, Arms and Accoutrements of the Mounted Police as shipped to Thomas Birkett and Son on September 5, 1914. Bore is excellent, grips are excellent. Action works perfectly. This is a very desirable “Mountie” issued revolver.
