This Merkel Shotgun was produced in 1991. The shotgun's serial number is 437508. It has the Thirty inch barrels choked Modified and Full. The bores are bright with no issues. It also has the auto ejectors. The triggers are the double trigger pattern style. It also has cocking indicators for each barrel. The stock has the european style cheek piece on the left side for right handed shooters. It is also fitted with sling eyes. The original booklet and instructions is included. This shotgun is in near new condition. The original barrel bluing would rate a 99% overall condition. The color cased reciever would rate the same condition. The stock and splinter forend have no dents or other issues. The stock is fitted with a White Line recoil pad. The "Pull" is 14 1/2 to the front trigger. The drop at the heel is 2 3/4 inches. the comb is 1 3/4 inches. The checkering is very fine with no flattened points. This is a very fine high quality shotgun! This 12 gauge shotgun is chambered to shoot 3 inch shells. With the 3 inch chambers this gun would make a great hunting gun! Search for hlvfineguns on google for more details.
