Description:
General Specs: Franchi, Year 2006, 20 Gauge, 5lbs 15oz, LOP 14 3/8", DAH 2 3/8", DAC 1 1/2"
Serial Number: 2006-P000859B

The Franchi name in the side x side world began as far back as the late 1800’s.  Franchi has built many variations of the upland gun in side by side format, from BEST GUN sidelock actions with full coverage engraving done at the hands of master engravers, to their more modern versions like this mid-range Destino.  The Destino has many features that bring it from the lower end of the side x side market to a solid performer in the “better” gun range, including a rebated frame on top and bottom to capture the head of the stock and prevent splits and cracks, scalloped back of the action, sculpted bottom of the frame, single selective trigger, auto safety, deluxe European walnut stocks, action machined from a solid billet of steel, hand-chased engraving signed by the artist, 3 gold inlays on the action, gold inscription on the trigger guard, steel shot approved barrels and screw-in chokes, jeweled barrel flats and action flats, and weighing in at 5lbs. 15oz.  This gun, made in 2006, is in wonderful condition, carried little, complete with the original box and papers, 7 screw-choke tubes (two are extended choke tubes), and the choke wrench.  The gun is in perfect mechanical condition with a 30-day mechanical warranty.  There are no dings in the wood, just a few very light handling marks.  We are offering this gun at a very affordable price so we can get it into your hands for this bird season.  Thanks for looking!
