Description:
This 32 W.S. Winchester Model 1894 lever action rifle has a tapered octagon 7/8" to 3/4" x 26" barrel, that is fitted with a Marble tang peep sight (usable but not functioning correctly) and a bead front sight with Marble stamped on the left side and Sheard stamped on the right side. The original rear sight has been removed. The bore is very good. Stamped on the left flat of the barrel is Nickle Steel Barrel Especially for Smokeless Powder 32 W.S. Stamped on the top flat of the barrel is Manufactured by the Winchester Repeating Arms Co. New Haven. Conn. U.S.A. Patented August 21. 1894. The P grade Walnut butt stock and forend are in good condition. The metal finish on the action is heavily worn with little color remaining. Serial number is 4XXXX6. Length of pull is 13". Factory wood to metal fit - made by Winchester Repeating Arms. Condition: Good.
