Description:
This Belgium Browning Sako is new-in-the-box with all factory accessories including manual, packing tissue paper and plastic bolt bag. It was manufactured in 1972 and features the desirable heavy 24 inch barrel. The box is in excellent condition with the exception of a couple of tape marks. The box has the original factory label that is serial numbered to the rifle. In addition,the box comes with the original Browning factory shipping carton. The rifle exhibits 100% metal finish and stock finish. There are no dings, finish checking or blemishes that I could find after a detailed examination under strong light. This gun was shipped to a small gun shop in rural eastern Washington on August 1, 1974 and the owner kept the rifle for himself. The shop went out of business in the 1980's and the family of the late owner put his collection up for sale earlier this year. The rifle remained unopened, in storage for the last 45 years, explaining it's pristine condition. An FFL is required for purchase, I am not a dealer so please make sure your dealer will send a copy of their FFL to an individual. If not, there will be an additional charge of $50 to cover the cost my dealer charges me. It is the responsibility of buyer to insure it is legal to purchase and own this rifle in their location.
