Description:
A truly iconic revolver, this unconverted Ruger Old Model Single-Six in .22 LR is in great shape! Original butaprene grips show no cracks, chips, or dings, and both panels still exhibit healthy checkering with no areas of flattening. Sides of the hammer are mostly white, with just a bit of dark color starting to appear near the spur but no pitting or active rust. Cylinder is clean, with no indication of dry firing and just a very slight turn line. Bore is bright and shiny with strong rifling its entire length. The black anodizing on the grip frame is almost perfect, with just a few small areas of greying and a small rub mark on the side of the trigger guard. The bluing on the remainder of the gun is excellent, with just a bit of thinning on the sides of the muzzle and right side of the ejector rod housing. Gun times perfectly and locks up tightly. Screw heads appear to never have been turned. An overall excellent example of a truly classic sixgun!
