Description:
This Smith & Wesson Model 3 Schofield is a 6 shot top break single action revolver in .45 S&W Cal. It has a 7 inch barrel with a half moon front blade sight and a fixed notch rear sight. The grips are a smooth walnut. It has a case color hardened hammer, trigger and latches. It's unique feature is a crisp Single Action Break-Top extraction. It was said the Smith & Wesson could be loaded, fired and reloaded seven times in the same amount of time it took to unload and reload the Colt Single Action Army. This revolver is in excellent condition and would be great addition to any serious collector.
