Description:
Mauser 1896 Red Nine 9mm caliber pistol. Red Nine Model 1896 9mm Mauser Broomhandle. This is from the Imperial German Contract for Prussia and identified by the Prussian eagle on the front of the magazine well. Action works perfectly, bore is excellent. Red Nine grips are excellent and have the correct red paint in the “9” on the grips (many are repainted). These grips are 100% correct and are numbered to the gun. All numbers are matching. The pistol is blue with some patina but about 90% blue. Stock is for a Red Nine. The lug on the stock does not match the gun. This is a very fine Prussian Military Contract with stock.
