This rare 1962 Belgian .308 Browning "Safari Grade" Small Ring Mauser action, non-salt stock rifle is in beautiful condition. The metal finish is in 99% condition, the finish on the stock is in 95% condition with a few minor handling marks and some minor lifting of the finish. Stock butt plate. Open sights. The bore is near mint, a very lightly used rifle.
Redfield "SHORT FN ACTION SCOPE MOUNT BASE BROWNING .243, .308", in the original box, including the 2 mounting screws, is included.
I bought this a few years ago from this site, have enjoyed looking at it, shot 3 rounds through it, and am now ready to pass it on.
This is truly georgous, with fantastic figuring to the stock.
