The Sako 85 Carbonlight is a high-end rifle designed for gear-oriented enthusiasts who are after any type of game. This ultra-light multi-purpose hunting rifle features a carbon fiber stock with a soft-touch surface, a right-hand palm swell and a cheek piece. The screw on muzzle brake redirects propellant gases to counter recoil and unwanted rising of the barrel.

Sako 85 barrels are manufactured with a passion for craftsmanship, with each barrel individually inspected by the human eye. 11” twist rate to ensure accuracy and bullet performance.
Action
Sako 85 actions come in six different sizes, providing reliable functioning for each caliber. All Sako 85 models feature controlled cartridge feed (RCS) to eliminate double feed or cartridge jams. The turn-bolt handle places the hand in a natural position during bolt operation, which allows for rapid repeated firing.
Stock
The Sako 85 Carbonlight rifle is built using the same CFRP technology that is used in both car and aerospace industries. This makes it extremely light, durable and rigid, resulting in a one-of-a-kind rifle.
