1936 Produced, Ukranian Refurb, M91/30 mounting a PE scope on a Smirntsky mount. State factory mark has been scrubbed off the top of the reciever but the bottom of the reciever has an Izhevsk arrow inside of triangle. Optics are clear and sharp.
