Description:
This Springfield Armory Model U.S. Rifle M1A is a semi-auto civilian version of the U.S. Military M14 rifle in 7.62x51mm Cal. (.308 Cal.) The Krieger barrel is a 25 inch stainless steel with the muzzle break. 1-10 twist. It has a blade front sight with protective sides and an adjustable hooded aperature rear sight. The stock is a smooth walnut pistol grip butt and walnut / composite forearm. The stock appears to have been repaired and refinished. 7.62X51mm Nato

Metal Condition: Very good. Very minor surface handling marks.
Wood Condition: Good. Has light handling marks and light wear spots. Has been refinished. Looks repaired at receiver top right side.
Barrels: 25 inch stainless steel Krieger barrel with the muzzle break. 1-10 twist.
Stock Dimensions:
LOP 13 1/8 inches.
Fore End: Smooth grip walnut lower half. Brown composite top half.
Butt Pad: Checkered steel plate with a trap door storage compartment and checkered steel hinged cover.
Sights: Blade front with protective sides. Adjustable hooded aperature rear.
