Description:
this is a confederate cavalry pistol, with original issue holster.
It is J.S. Anchor marked witch was a confederate acceptance inspection marking.
On the barrel two inspection British marks and LAC (London Armory Company)
on the frame is Kerr patent 9556, opposite side of frame is London Armory in a circle and on side of grip London Armory Company and at the base of trigger guard is the confederate acceptance mark witch is a J.S. over an Anchor.
the original holster is about next to impossible to find in any condition.
this holster in in very good to excellent condition with only some stitching apart.
the Gun is matching numbers and trigger works as dose the hammer, cylinder dose not turn all the time when cocked just sometimes.
