Description:
A very nice Winchester 76 Deluxe 45-60 with Cody letter. Special features include Pistol Grip (1 of 152), Checkered stock (1 of 103, 26" barrel 2" under std. (1 of 79), 1/2 Octagon Barrel (1 of 91) Case hardened frame. Mfg 1882. Ser 208xx. Round part of barrel and magazine have a high percent of blue remaining. Octagon part a little less. Case hardening marks a plain but color about history. Checkering is very good with minimal wear as are the edges of receiver. Bore is very good with riflings all showing strong. Bonus is including a
original box (full) of of ammo. This box is prior to 1898 since it still has the Central Fire label. In very nice condition. Has been vacuum sealed for years.
