Description:
This is a very nice Savage Model 99 made in 1946. The blue is very strong with very minor spotting on the receiver. The case color lever is new looking and the blue barrel is in excellent condition. This fine rifle has a walnut stock with a checkered pistol grip and a matching checkered forearm with a schnabel. The 24 inch barrel has 2 folding rear leafs and a bead on blade front and the receiver has a Lyman folding rear peep sight. All in all a very nice rifle.
