Description:
This is a late production Springfield Armory M-1 Garand rifle made in 1954. The barrel is dated 12-54 and may be the original barrel but e do not have a way of knowing. The overall condition is quite strong with barrel, gas tube, receiver and bottom metal having full coverage. The butt plate is mostly white. The charge bar is a NM. The walnut stock, forearm and hand guard are close in color and wear. The bore has strong rifling and a nice shine. This is a very strong rifle.
