Description:
This Springfield Armory Model U.S. Rifle M1 Garand is a semi-auto U.S. Military rifle in .30-06 Cal. It has a 24 inch barrel. A blade front sight with protective sides and an adjustable aperature rear sight. It is gas operated with a rotating bolt. The stock is a smooth walnut pistol grip. It was the standard U.S. service rifle during WW II, Korean War and saw limited service during Viet Nam. It is still used buy drill teams, honor guards as well as civilians for hunting and target practice.
