Description:
Serial #10737, .44 caliber, 6" barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This revolver has matching numbers on the frame, barrel assembly, and cylinder with the metal having an overall mottled dark plum-brown patina with thin freckling throughout, as well as some of the bright, original blue on a few protected areas. The mechanism is still fully functional and has robust springs and positive lock-up. The walnut grip has minor handling marks and a chip at the toe, but is otherwise in fine shape with an attractive old oil finish, and crisp cartouches. This is a handsome Civil War era revolver in very good plus condition overall. Antique
