Description:
The Mills belt date is faded, but believe 1918 date. This belt shows some use. The belt is in fine service condition. The Magazine pouch is Mills, dated September 1918. It has two correct World War One two tone magazines in the pouches. The poch and magazines are in very fine condition. The canteen is from L.F.and C dated 1918 The cup is unmarked. Both items show service use. The canteen jacket is too faded to read. It is however, W.W.1 issue. The first aid pack is original military issue and still sealed. It is in it's brass tan painted cannister with a pull ring to open the kit. The pouch is by L.C.C. and Co dated 1918. The kit and pouch is in very nice condition. The model 1916 holster for the 1911 pistols is by Boyt dated 1917. This holster is in very fine condition with no loose stiching or other damage. The leather is soft and pliable and not dried out. The pistol lanyard has the 1917 patent date. The snap and rope are in very fine serviceable condition. This whole pistol rig is in great condition and coplete with the items listed. It is seldom that these pistol rigs come up let alone this complete. This should be a great display item for any World War One 1911 Pistol! Search for hlvfine guns on google for more details.
