Description:
Markings are "Wards Western Field Model 50". On the barrel is "Selected Forged Steel" and "Proof tested 410 bore 3 in chamber". This gun was made by Stevens Arms Company and sold to major marketers such as Wards. This one is in exceptional condition. Normally these are well used but this one is not. Nearly all blue remains. Case colored frame has nearly all case colors. Dimmed lightly especially at the carry point. Wood is also in good overall condition. This has the Western Field recoil pad which is correct to this gun. Nice solid lock -up. Excellent bores. Comes with a Letter from J. Stevens Company.
