Description:
This is a custom 308 built on a 98 mauser action. This gun is in excellent condition with no marks on the wood or bluing. It has a German style pancake cheekpiece stock with a schnable forend. There is a checkered steel grip cap and checkered steel butt plate. The action has been jeweled and the bolt knob and handle have been custom forged by the maker. It has a timney trigger and is a tack driver. The gun weighs 7lbs 14oz's scoped. The scope is a 3-9 Weaver on Weaver bases. It has a 21 1/4" barrel and is extremely well done. The gun was made by a friend of mine and his wife who made custom guns and did unbelieveable restoration work. He has since passed away and I no longer use this gun. I still do have another gun that they made for me and I am going to keep that one. Please call me or e-mail me with any questions that you might have.
