Description:
This is a rare 1930's vintage Skookum Native American Doll with Mother and child. The doll is 10 3/4" tall and 3 1/2" wide and stands freely. The moccasins are painted leather over wood feet and legs. The doll features wool blanket over two other printed fabric garments. The face appears to be made of composite materials and hand painted with some wear to the nose and eyes of the woman and forehead of the child. The head of the mother is slightly loose but is still firmly attached. A great looking doll that would benefit from minor restoration. No tags were present.
