Description:
This original period Sharps has been converted and has the three grove bore, the barrel looks minty, with a good amount of the original blueing intact on the outside of the barrel. The original german silver tipped sight is in great shape, as is the original walnut stock, great waive grain. The is an S on the block where the trigger hits the block to fire the metallic cartridge. These were extensively used after the Civil War, into the indian wars. The trigger and falling block work smoothly.The front barrel band is tight, and the flip up sight is in great shape. The saddle ring needs to be replace , but super easy fix. This is an amazingly good gun in nice condition. 859-533-5445
