Inv. 7373 Remington, New Mdl. Army Cal. .44 Perc. Ser. 295XX. . . WOW!!! A First year of a Civil War icon production gun. This estate gun looks like it spent 155 years in a attic. The factory finish has faded to a very nice soft silver gray patina. Other than a few tiny nicks and scratches there is really no rust or pits anywhere. All parts are proper. The frame, cylinder and barrel match. The gun locks up tight and indexes properly. The brass trigger guard and front sight show an aged patina and are not dented. The walnut grips are the only problem. The left one has a small chip out of the bottom, the right is missing a sliver from from the rear edge. The nipples are not damaged and the cylinder face and force cone do not look like it they have seen any action. The bore is amazing, mirror bright with razor sharp rifling with and just a touch of light scattered frost. A wonderful chance for the re-enactor or collector to acquire a a Civil War period icon "well below the market " and it comes with our "100% Satisfaction Guarantee"....Reduced...$1695....Shipped
