Description:
This is a very nice above average Remington 722 in .257 Roberts. It has a Redfield 3x9 period scope and Redfield mounts. I bought this rifle new at a local hardware store in 1958. I remember the store owner was pushing me to buy the one he had in stock but it had the low comb stock and I wanted a high comb for a scope. I was forking out $66.00 of my hard earned paper route money and I knew what I wanted. Has a couple of hunting marks and the blue on the floor plate has some wear from carrying it hunting. I am getting old and this needs a new home. Hate to see it go. Will ship in the lower 48 states for $25.00.
