Munitionsfabriken, Berlin, Mauser 1908 action , 7x57, quarter rib, 3 folding blade and 1 standing, 14 1/4" length of pull, 20 1/2" barrel w/ fiddle back water mark forend to butt plate very nicely done, Leupold 1" rings/bases, Zeiss 3x9x36 Diavari scope w/post reticle, flip up thumb safety, very good condition. Serial No. 0011. This rifle was made for Lucas Potgieter, owner of the Powder Keg in Johannesburg, South Africa. It was made by Musgrave Arms, SA during the time they contracted to make Rigby magazine rifles. It shoots GREAT. It is designed to shoot standard 275 Rigby 175 grain ammunition but perfoms equally as well with a 140 grain nosler partition.
