*** SOLD *** SOLD *** 1965 Savage 99DE Citation Grade in 308 Winchester (serial # 1092637) with 22" barrel, appears unfired and in very good condition. The DE grade, made from 1965 to 1970, is one of the most elusive of all the Savage 99s to find on the open market and was the first factory engraved gun to be made since the 99K in 1940. I would venture to say that the majority of Savage collectors don't own one and many have never even seen one. They are my favorite of all the hand engraved 99s because of the running whitetail deer on the receiver bottom. Don't miss this opportunity to own a very hard to come by 99.
