Here is the iconic cowboy gun and the iconic deer rifle rolled into one. Very nice bore, tight action, excellent walnut stock. Original saddle ring still there. Bluing has pretty well faded to a gray patina with a minor spot of roughness at the front of the fore-end, hardly worth mentioning on a 90 year old rifle. No evidence of sanding or other modification. Has the original SRC sights. Just a very nice little gun that every one should have one of. Still a good deer rifle- better, in fact, with the new Hornady ammunition. And a nice piece for your collection that will only go up in value. $50 shipping and insurance to your ffl or C&R.
