Description:
***SOLD*** Springfield Armory M1A .308/7.62NATO semi automatic rifle. This rifle features an 18" barrel (21" including the compensator) with classic National Match iron sights, in addition to a textured black fiberglass stock and handguard with a matte black finish on the hardware. The rifle also has a rubber buttpad with a GI style sling. The rifle is in great working order with some signs of light use on the exterior, light scratches, etc., as shown in the photos. The action is smooth and solid, and the trigger is light and crisp. The bore shows signs of very light corrosion, which is difficult to see in the photographs. The lands of the rifling are smooth and shiny, but the grooves have areas of corrosion, likely from junky ammunition used for target shooting. That being said, the rifle has plenty of utility left in it, and despite the light corrosion, should still shoot very well for general purpose. Please refer to the photos to further assess the condition of the rifle. Includes one 10rd magazine. A wonderful start to a custom project, or just a fun shooter!
