For sale here is a Tracking Point MI8 long range rifle system in .308 Win caliber. This is complete shooting solution package for both still and moving targets out to and beyond 800 yards. It has five different shooting modes:
PRECISION TARGETS – Calculates ballistic solution for stationary targets.
PRECISION MOVERS – Calculates firing solution for moving targets
NIGHT MODE – For Gen-2, Gen-3, and Thermal Attachments
AUTO-ACQUIRE – User predesignates the tag on the target, allows for quick follow up shots to the same location.
SUPPRESSIVE FIRE – Collects and holds real-time ballistics solution to systems maximum range. Trigger is live to reduce time to engagements.
The rifle system ships complete with batteries, charger, manual, eyepiece, 2 mags and a custom gun case.
Originally designed to replace the U.S. Military’s standard-issue M110 and M14, the Mi8 7.62 AR10 eliminates human error and elevates the designated marksman’s accuracy when providing much-needed cover for squads at long range. In fact, the Military’s testing revealed that designated marksmen and operation snipers using the Mi8 experienced up to 89% first shot success probability as far as 800 yards. This game-changing accuracy represents a 33x improvement over the current issue 7.62 NATO weapons. The U.S. Military hasn’t yet adopted this firearm, so it’s currently still available to the American public.
