The Summit Ascent is the standard Summit Sporting, but with the addition of a slightly higher mid-height rib (10mm vs 6mm) and a corresponding Monte Carlo comb with adjustable DTS hardware built in. The rib is fixed at 50/50 point of impact when the beads are held in a figure-8. This is a great gun for the longer-necked sporting clays player, or the shooter who simply prefers a rib slightly taller than standard.
