The rifle is said to have been fired about a box of shells since new, and it appears as such. Looks like all original metal finishes. Of course the stock is not factory but has nice color, figure, and workmanship. The fine checkering is very well executed and sharp. The wood finish is a satin. The stock shows no wear or use, and has one small crease on the right side from handling that you can see in photo 9 about 2" behind the checkering on the grip. I'm told the original stock was water damaged and replaced with this high end blank custom made especially for this rifle. I have not taken the rifle apart to look inside, nor am I inclined to do so.
The scope was mounted last year but the rifle not fired since. The scope is not much to look at, but it's one of the old reliable Burris Signature 4x scopes. Consider the scope my gift to you LOL. Put it on another rifle. Whatever, it's not important.
