Description:
Winchester Model of 1894 Checkered Pistol Grip Semi-Deluxe Takedown. The serial number of this example is 4331XX placing date of manufacture in 1908. Overall condition is very good to fine with 30-40% of the original untouched factory blue finish. The bore is near perfect and will rate a 9 on a 1 to 10 scale. The bore is bright and shiny with strong rifling, void of any damage. The takedown feature is tight and mechanically perfect. Front sight is a Lyman Sheard. The rear sight appears to be a Marbles #63 both available via special order and correct for the period of this rifles manufacture.
