Watson Brothers .500 nitro express
A classic big game double rifle! This rifle was once owned by Jack Lott and a letter from Lott to a former owner confirms this. 24” barrels, beautiful wood grain and 90% engraving. Leaf sights on quarter rib. Side clips.Two filled screw holes in rib—perhaps for a peep sight(?) see photos. Excellent bores. Weight 11 1/2 pounds and a pull of 14 3/4”. I’ve taken a bull elephant and a huge warthog with this rifle and she shoots very good. See the target photo for loading data.
