This is a S&W model 41 two barrel, two caliber composed set. It includes both a 7 3/8" 22 SHORT and a 5.5" 22 LR barrels. There are 3 magazines, 1 SHORT and 2 LR. It is contained in a S&W box numbered to the pistol. The pistol is an early, non-prefix serial number one with the cocking indicator.
It includes both slides, ejectors and springs, plus cleaning kit and manual.
