Description:
Great woods deer rifle with the ability to have fast follow up shots without taking your eye out of the sight picture or target. Ideally matched with a lower magnification scope. This 1966 gun is in excellent condition with both blue and stock in excellent lightly used condition. Only the underside (trigger guard and mag show much signs of handling with a little crud and scuffing). The finish to wood and metal is completely original, there are no non factory holes. Has the correct red W Winchester pg cap and both front and rear sites are in place. We have many excellet period correct scopes that would go nicely with this rifle at bargain prices.
We do not know if this has had the pin recall done, however this is done at no cost and is done by many (all info avail on line) . It may also be done at home by folks who are just a little handy.
